Why CICS Learning Kits?

These are the qualities we needed in a good exercise kit. As active trainers, we at CICS couldn’t find sims that cemented learning points quickly and at a reasonable price. We built our own kits and have been successfully incorporating them into out classes over a number of years.
This translates to a richer learning experience for both trainers and classes.
All CICS kits have a Quick Start Guide. The QSG has the critical information needed to run the sim. More complex kits have an optional Exercise Workbook & Trainer Notes with even more exercises that support Lean and Six Sigma and problem-solving courses.
The activities are more meaningful as the key points are written and procedures designed to promote open-ended inquiry and problem solving.
